Remote Customer Service Representative

Location: 100% remote

Salary: $16.04–$22.00 per hour. For locations in California, Colorado, New York, and Washington: $18.00–$24.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Contact body shops to confirm vehicle pickup details and obtain release authorization.
• Communicate with vehicle owners, insurance companies, shops, and towing providers to arrange releases and transportation.
• Assist with personal-item removal and coordinate three-way calls when needed.
• Use the DeCode This tool to search VINs and collect vehicle information.
• Maintain accurate notes and updates for each vehicle and interaction.
• Meet daily performance targets of 100+ calls and 60+ processed live lots while following company policies.

Requirements

• At least one year of office support experience in customer service.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Clear phone and written communication skills.
• Typing speed of 45 WPM and familiarity with basic 10-key.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, multitasking, a professional virtual appearance, and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
