Senior Technology Leadership Professional (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices may be required

Salary: $106,900–$147,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan

What you will do

• Provide operational and strategic support for the Application Operations Center and Enterprise Post Production Validation teams.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using scripting, workflow orchestration, RPA, and AI-assisted development tools.
• Improve application support, monitoring, validation workflows, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and communicate findings to leadership.
• Coordinate daily work across onshore and offshore teams and facilitate knowledge sharing, training, and change management.
• Maintain testing strategies aligned with quality enablement and test strategy guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in engineering, systems engineering, or similar technical roles.
• At least 5 years of technical experience with Dynatrace, ThousandEyes, Splunk, and other monitoring tools.
• At least 5 years of experience with Java and Python, plus hands-on automation, scripting, and workflow orchestration experience.
• Experience with intelligent automation and AI-assisted development tools, unit testing, and mocking.
• Remote work requires a dedicated workspace, protection of member PHI/HIPAA information, and internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Healthcare or other regulated-industry experience.
• Experience leading large-scale projects and overseeing technology assessments and strategy planning.
