Senior Associate Solutions Designer, Automation (AI)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; hybrid with at least 3 days in the office. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $110,700–$171,800 USD per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Design and architect robust, scalable solutions integrating AI capabilities with hirify.global’s technical ecosystem.
• Build integrations with AI/ML frameworks, chatbots, and agents to automate workflows and improve developer experience.
• Lead initiatives using agentic AI and LLMs to automate engineering and business processes.
• Deliver secure, highly available infrastructure solutions for on-premises and public cloud environments.
• Design and implement infrastructure as code, automated testing, and reusable cloud deployment templates.
• Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot containerized systems using Kubernetes and Docker.

Requirements

• Hybrid work in Austin with at least 3 days in the office is required.
• At least 2 years of professional experience with a bachelor’s or advanced degree; preferred experience ranges from 3 to 5+ years depending on education.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks, LLMs, generative AI applications, and AI-powered development tools.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; cloud migration, hybrid cloud infrastructure, containers, and modern architectures.
• Strong experience with Python, Java, or Go, CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix, networking, certificate and secret management, API design, microservices, distributed systems, Kubernetes, and Docker.
