TL;DR

Senior Associate Solutions Designer, Automation (AI): Designing and delivering secure, scalable infrastructure solutions across on-premises and public-cloud environments with an accent on Kubernetes, cloud automation, and AI/ML integrations. Focus on building agentic AI and LLM workflows, developing infrastructure-as-code templates, and automating deployment and developer-experience processes.

Location: US - Austin, TX; hybrid with at least 3 days in the office. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $110,700–$171,800 USD per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

Design, architect, and deliver secure, highly available, and scalable infrastructure solutions for on-premises and public-cloud environments.
Integrate AI/ML frameworks, chatbots, agents, LLMs, and generative AI capabilities into hirify.global’s technical ecosystem.
Lead agentic AI initiatives that automate workflows and improve developer experience.
Build infrastructure-as-code solutions, automated testing, and reusable templates for cloud infrastructure and platform deployments.
Develop automation using Python, Java, and Go to streamline end-to-end application delivery.
Design, deploy, and troubleshoot containerized systems using Docker and Kubernetes across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Requirements

At least 2 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s or advanced degree; preferred candidates have 5+ years of relevant architecture, engineering, or development experience.
Experience designing, building, and operating production cloud or container platforms and migrating applications to the cloud.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, hybrid-cloud infrastructure, infrastructure as code, automated testing, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
Experience with AI agent frameworks, LLMs, generative AI applications, or AI-powered development tools.
Knowledge of Linux/Unix, networking, certificate and secret management, API design, microservices, distributed systems, and modern cloud architectures.
Proficiency with Git and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
