Network Support / Office 365 Support (Office 365)

What you will do

• Support Office 365 applications, licensing, and related scripting.
• Provide VPN support for telecommuters.
• Create and modify Active Directory accounts.
• Manage permissions for shared folders, files, Windows file servers, and other shared resources.
• Troubleshoot issues with end users, including significant phone-based support.

Requirements

• Must work onsite in Los Angeles, California, USA.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting Office 365, including application support, PowerShell scripting, and license management.
• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
• At least 3 years of experience managing permissions on Windows file servers and shared resources.
• Ability to work effectively with end users in a diverse environment.

Nice to have

• Previous transportation industry experience.
