Customer Service Representative (Healthcare Transportation)

Location: Remote within Pennsylvania; applicants must live in Pennsylvania

Pay rate: $14.00 per hour

What you will do

• Answer member questions and resolve concerns about transportation services.
• Schedule, modify, and cancel transportation reservations.
• Collect and accurately document customer complaints, trip data, and other member information.
• Refer unresolved grievances to the appropriate departments for investigation and resolution.
• Attend required meetings, follow company procedures, and maintain accurate, punctual attendance.
• Support a 24/7/365 contact center, including possible nights, weekends, holidays, and required holiday coverage.

Requirements

• Must live in Pennsylvania.
• High school diploma preferred.
• 0–2 years of contact center or customer service experience in a high-volume environment with data entry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to learn new technology quickly and follow complex instructions.
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
