Senior Creative Producer (AI)

Location: Manchester-based hybrid role, with approximately 2–3 days per week in the office

Salary: £50,000–£60,000 per year

Creative production work supporting campaigns and content for a global creative team.

What you will do

• Work closely with the Creative Director to shape creative direction and translate ideas into achievable production plans.
• Own the planning and delivery of campaigns, shoots, and significant content projects.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, logistics, dependencies, and brand requirements.
• Assemble and lead campaign teams of designers, video specialists, copywriters, social specialists, and other creative talent.
• Provide clear briefs, feedback, and creative guidance through to final delivery.
• Contribute to concept development, creative reviews, and production decisions.

Requirements

• Experience planning and producing shoots, campaigns, or substantial content projects.
• Strong creative judgement and understanding of story, tone, and visual direction.
• Significant agency experience or a strong agency foundation with the ability to manage varied briefs, competing stakeholders, and high volumes of work.
• Excellent production management, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of social-first creative development.
• Curiosity about AI-supported creative tools and emerging creative technology.
