Implementation Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts; hybrid with in-person work three days per week and residence within commuting distance of a hirify.global hub required. Relocation support may be available for certain roles.

Salary: $79,000 base salary per year; $91,000 OTE including commission, plus equity.

hirify.global is a SaaS platform for business travel and spend management, automating travel bookings, expenses, invoice processing, and related workflows.

What you will do

• Onboard Premium and Pro customers from signup through platform launch.
• Collect customer requirements and configure accounts according to client specifications.
• Manage rollout plans, adoption strategies, internal communications, guides, and templates.
• Coordinate and conduct training for administrators, travelers, executives, and company-wide users.
• Support marketplace integrations and custom API implementations.
• Monitor post-implementation booking behavior, recommend improvements, and collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Finance.

Requirements

• Experience successfully managing and delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management, change management, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work with C-level stakeholders and communicate clearly with internal and external partners.
• Customer-first, proactive, and continuous-improvement mindset.
• Ability to work from within commuting distance of a hirify.global hub and in person three days per week.
• English is the official language at the office.
