What you will do
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex client integrations for enterprise partners, shopping carts, and payment gateways.
- Translate business requirements into comprehensive project delivery plans and execution strategies.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Operations.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and communication across internal and external stakeholders.
- Prioritize solution requirements and manage trade-offs between product roadmaps and client timelines.
- Track portfolio metrics and lead post-launch reviews to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Must be based in London and able to work 3 days in the office.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Delivery or Project Management for complex technology or financial services.
- 5+ years of professional services or client-facing delivery experience.
- Demonstrated experience with global payment products or technology-led business solutions.
- Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders including C-level executives.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering large-scale partner integrations in fintech, payments, or regulated industries.
- Hands-on experience with API-based integrations and technical concepts.
- Formal project management or agile certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master).
- Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts.
