Strategic Implementation Manager (SaaS)

Location: US-Remote; compensation varies by location tier, including New York City and remote locations.

Salary: $99,000–$150,000 annually, plus equity and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Lead technical integrations and implementation delivery for strategic customer accounts.
• Run discovery sessions and document complex implementation requirements.
• Research and design bespoke technical solutions for non-standard integrations.
• Support strategic sales conversations, pre-sales activities, and technical scoping.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while managing implementation details and priorities.
• Coordinate post-launch handoffs with Operations and Support teams and provide feedback to Product.

Requirements

• 6+ years of SaaS implementation experience, preferably in rapidly growing products or markets.
• Experience managing strategic accounts and influencing operational and C-level stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with sFTP automation, API builds, log review, troubleshooting, and data validation.
• Experience leading unit testing, UAT, and complex quality assurance processes.
• Strong written, presentation, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Working proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.

• Experience with Dell Boomi, HCM, payroll, or time management systems.
