What you will do

• Lead organizational change and technology adoption strategies for a multi-phase ERP transformation.
• Drive adoption of smart workplace tools, hybrid office transitions, new physical environments, and relocation initiatives.
• Develop integrated communications with executive stakeholders and coordinate messaging through trusted voices and digital channels.
• Advance user-centered knowledge platforms, including intranets and SharePoint, and enable a global network of change champions.
• Define and track metrics for adoption, engagement, and employee readiness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading communications for ERP implementations and corporate relocations or workplace transformations.
• Deep organizational change management expertise; Prosci or CCMP certification is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in SharePoint and project management tools.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign.
• Strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to translate complex IT concepts into clear, engaging messaging.
• Strong stakeholder influence and comfort working in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments.
