Lead D365 Business Analyst - Supply Chain

Location: Mesa, Arizona, United States; onsite role with up to 20% travel to digital hubs and dealer locations

What you will do

• Lead discovery with Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, and IT stakeholders, defining problem statements, scope, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
• Own the requirements lifecycle for supply chain capabilities, including analysis, prioritization support, documentation, traceability, and change control.
• Facilitate workshops and define process maps, business rules, functional specifications, data requirements, KPIs, and reporting needs across planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and fulfillment.
• Translate business needs into user stories and testable acceptance criteria while addressing exception handling, controls, role-based security, and auditability.
• Partner with product, engineering, Microsoft, implementation, and delivery teams on solution validation, UAT, training, backlog refinement, releases, and issue remediation.
• Support dealer enablement, change management, product documentation, support workflows, and continuous improvement through collaboration with the Dealer Advisory Board and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management or a comparable ERP/SCM platform, including integrations with external applications.
• Strong business analysis experience, including requirements elicitation, process mapping, functional specifications, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of demand planning, procurement, inventory optimization, warehousing, transportation, order fulfillment, supply chain product lifecycle management, and change management.
• Experience with UAT, testing, releases, backlog refinement, Agile/Scrum delivery, stakeholder reviews, and software change request management.
• Ability to use supply chain data, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Dynamics 365 to identify improvement opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience; strong analytical, facilitation, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering ERP or complex supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Experience with global dealer networks, manufacturing, industrial supply chains, or the rental industry.
• Experience as a Product Owner, Supply Chain Analyst, Digital Business Analyst, or Supply Chain Process Lead.
