Senior Technical Program Manager (AI Health Tech)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States. Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future.

Salary: $167,500–$188,500 base salary per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Drive complex software features from concept and technical design through launch readiness and production release.
• Manage execution for platform engineering squads, including cross-squad migrations, dependencies, blockers, and trade-offs.
• Coach teams on agile principles, sprint health, operational ceremonies, continuous improvement, and predictable delivery.
• Manage the hirify.global Workbench trusted research environment, supporting the scaling and operational predictability of its data analytics platform.
• Establish performance metrics and KPIs and provide structured execution and risk updates to senior leadership.
• Align Engineering, Product, Quality, Legal, Privacy, Security, and other stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Scrum Master, or in an equivalent software engineering execution role.
• Deep familiarity with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and work-tracking tools such as Jira.
• Experience navigating interdisciplinary and matrixed cross-functional environments.
• Strong technical understanding of architectural designs, data workflows, or cloud platform mechanics.
• Must already have United States work authorization and must not require employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in health tech, biotech, clinical research, or large-scale cloud data and analytics platforms.
• Experience with strict data privacy, security, and healthcare compliance requirements, including HIPAA, SOC 2, or ISO 27001.
• Strong conflict-resolution, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
