Demand & Supply Planner

Location: Hybrid role based at the Chessington head office, with a minimum of 3 office days per week

Salary: £45,000–£50,000 per annum, depending on experience

What you will do

• Develop and maintain SKU-level demand forecasts across the EMEA region.
• Support monthly sales planning and forecasting in line with product life-cycle and seasonal strategies.
• Gather insights from Sales, Marketing, Category Management, and Revenue Planning teams to build accurate forecasts and achieve consensus.
• Optimise inventory levels and monitor supply chain performance.
• Support S&OP processes and ensure supply plans meet business and customer requirements.
• Improve forecasting accuracy and planning processes in a fast-paced, high-SKU environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in demand and supply planning or forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas.
• Experience analysing trends, managing inventory, working with large datasets, and supporting S&OP processes.
• Strong analytical, planning, communication, structured decision-making, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in FMCG or another high-SKU environment.
• Knowledge of SAP/IBP, Business Objects, or Power BI.
• Professional qualifications such as CIPS or CPF.
