What you will do
- Lead production plans and time-phased build schedules based on forecasts, demand, workload, and operational constraints.
- Manage demand planning, capacity planning, inventory targets, and master production scheduling.
- Track planning KPIs and report on production, shipments, inventory, and business plans.
- Coordinate planning activities with Production, Customer Service, Materials Planning, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
- Manage load levelling, bottlenecks, production lead times, ERP planning parameters, and daily MRP exception resolution.
- Support S&OP cycles and resolve fulfilment challenges across multiple product lines.
Requirements
- Experience in Supply Chain Planning, Master Production Scheduling, Production Planning, or Operations Planning within manufacturing.
- Strong experience in Demand Planning, Capacity Planning, and Master Production Scheduling.
- Proven S&OP experience, including demand and capacity reviews and demand/supply balancing.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP planning systems, including MRP exception management and supply planning.
- Expertise in Inventory Management and Materials Planning, with a focus on service levels, lead times, and on-time delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional influencing skills.
