Associate Inventory Manager

Location: Angel, London, United Kingdom; on-site Monday through Thursday and remote on Friday

Annual base pay: GBP 33,000–39,500

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategies to improve sales, inventory turns, in-stock rates, availability, and network balance.
• Analyze sales, market trends, forecasts, financial data, and operational performance to support inventory decisions.
• Create replenishment and sell-through plans aligned with supplier goals.
• Partner with suppliers to manage replenishment orders, inventory commitments, inbound flows, aged inventory, and long-term growth strategies.
• Monitor key performance indicators, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Category Management, Forecasting, Operations, and Promotions teams, while reporting trends and improvement opportunities to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Experience in operations, retail, engineering, consulting, strategy, or finance.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Adaptability, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a team-first approach to cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work on-site in Angel, London, Monday through Thursday.
