Demo Coordinator (AI)

Location: Aachen, with on-site visitor demos across Riederich, Munich, and future locations

hirify.global is a fast-scaling robotics startup showcasing humanoid robots to enterprise visitors, investors, partners, press, and research organizations.

What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate NeuraGym visitor demos, investor days, partner showcases, press tours, and academic visits.
• Develop and maintain the demo playbook, including visitor flows, robot demonstration sequences, Q&A preparation, and follow-up materials.
• Coordinate with gym operators, teleoperators, and AI engineers to prepare robots, demo cells, and technical setups.
• Manage the visitor pipeline from intake and confirmations through reception, follow-up, and conversion reporting.
• Coordinate business travel for the NeuraGym, PLA, and AI teams across EU, US, and APAC locations.
• Support calendars, meetings, onboarding, facilities, vendors, supplies, presentations, and briefing materials.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, executive assistance, operations, or customer-facing work in a technology or premium B2B environment.
• Exceptional organization and the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
• Warm, professional communication and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Experience with travel management tools and calendar management platforms.
• Fluent German and English required.
• Genuine enthusiasm for robots and the NeuraGym mission.

Nice to have

• Mandarin or Japanese language skills.
