Technical Operations Manager (AI & Process)

Location: Wrocław, Poland; hybrid with regular in-person work required at the Wrocław office and operations site. Candidates must live in or near Wrocław or be willing to relocate to Poland before starting.

hirify.global designs and manufactures custom logo signage for businesses across Europe, operating in Germany, Poland, and Sweden while moving toward AI-driven operations.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop teams across Design, Warehouse, Assembly, and Service Coordination.
• Analyze operational workflows and identify ways to make them faster, cheaper, and simpler.
• Design and implement process improvements, automations, and AI-based workflows.
• Manage improvement projects from initial idea through rollout.
• Define KPIs and build reporting to track operational performance.
• Work directly with leadership on priorities supporting company growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a tech company, technical product management, technical operations, or a similar role.
• Technical and engineering mindset with daily use of AI tools.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with Excel, SQL, BI tools, or similar data tools.
• Experience improving and scaling processes and managing projects end-to-end.
• Hands-on approach, clear communication, and experience leading and developing teams.
• Fluent English at C1 level or above; Polish or German is a plus.
