Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Location: On-site in Mannheim, Germany, with occasional regional travel

What you will do

• Own daily operations and operational performance across a multi-site portfolio in Mannheim and the surrounding region.
• Coordinate local teams, service providers, property managers, and internal stakeholders through regular on-site visits.
• Monitor quality standards, KPIs, cost ratios, and P&L metrics to improve performance and profitability.
• Support pre-opening and go-live phases, ensuring operational readiness and smooth handovers.
• Manage cleaning, laundry, maintenance, and other supplier relationships while driving service quality and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Operations, Guest Experience, Project Development, and Expansion teams to improve scalability and guest experience.

Requirements

• Degree or vocational training in Tourism, Hospitality, Facilities, or a related field, plus 3+ years of hands-on operations or hospitality experience.
• Strong process orientation and a data-driven approach using KPIs and SOPs.
• Professional, diplomatic communication and partnership-building skills with landlords, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Based in Mannheim or the surrounding area and able to travel regionally when needed.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and adaptation skills.
• German at C1 level and English at C1 level required.
