Marketplace Onboarding and Integration Specialist (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Support seller catalog onboarding, feed integrations, and product imports.
• Troubleshoot technical listing issues with Account Management, Product, and Tech teams.
• Manage existing feed aggregator relationships and onboard new partners.
• Provide technical documentation and support integration and commercial discussions.
• Identify recurring onboarding challenges and improve processes, tools, and catalog management.
• Track seller activation KPIs and recommend data-driven improvements to onboarding efficiency and listing quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or technical account management.
• Experience with feed management tools, data mapping, and API integrations.
• Expertise in catalog management, product data normalization, and resolving technical listing issues.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL or data analysis tools.
