Operations Manager (m/f/d) - Baden-Württemberg (Hospitality)

Location: Stuttgart, Germany and the surrounding region. Hybrid office model with regular on-site visits and occasional regional travel.

What you will do

• Own daily operations across a multi-site portfolio in Stuttgart and the surrounding region.
• Coordinate local teams, service providers, property managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor quality standards, KPIs, cost ratios, and P&L metrics to improve performance and profitability.
• Support pre-opening and go-live phases, including operational readiness and handovers.
• Manage cleaning, laundry, maintenance, and other service-provider relationships.
• Respond pragmatically to operational issues and improve processes across markets.

Requirements

• Degree or vocational training in Tourism, Hospitality, Facilities, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in operations or hospitality.
• Strong process orientation, data-driven thinking, and experience with KPIs and SOPs.
• Professional communication and partnership-building skills with landlords, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Based in Stuttgart or the surrounding area, with flexibility for regional travel.
• German and English at C1 level; a valid driver’s license is required.
