Airline Sourcing Manager (Hospitality)

Location: Remote within Germany; based in Nürnberg, with travel and hotel site visits as assigned

Salary: €40,000–€45,000 gross per year

What you will do

• Conduct market research, property analysis, and market RFPs for airline and cruise line accommodation and transport requirements.
• Negotiate RFP terms, hotel and transport rates, fee agreements, and contracting arrangements.
• Manage multiple RFP projects, coordinating tasks and ensuring timely, accurate handovers to clients and internal teams.
• Monitor assigned markets, analyze pricing, and identify savings, revenue opportunities, risks, and market changes.
• Prepare and present pricing comparisons, market intelligence reports, and final hotel and transport options.
• Vet hotels and transport vendors, maintain supplier relationships, and conduct hotel site visits when assigned.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of the aviation and hospitality industries.
• Strong negotiation skills, financial acumen, attention to detail, and customer-focused communication.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, ownership, and follow-up skills.
• High-level proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, and Zoom.
• Ability to learn new platforms and tools.
• Ability to travel for assigned hotel site visits.
