What you will do

• Define project and program objectives, outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource plans.
• Deliver assigned projects and programs according to product and process specifications, budgets, resource plans, and timelines.
• Document project, program, and process development phases and communicate information across functional areas.
• Manage the effective use of material and financial resources.
• Work with colleagues across functions to maximize project and program productivity.
• Maintain compliance with engineering documentation, patent, confidentiality, and safety policies.

Requirements

• Conceptual and practical expertise in the relevant discipline, with basic knowledge of related disciplines.
• Knowledge of best practices and how the area integrates with other functions.
• Ability to solve complex problems using information from multiple sources and exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, reach, lift, work in tight spaces, distinguish colors, and work around potentially challenging noise levels.
• Ability to use hand and power tools and wear required personal protective equipment in a cleanroom environment.
