hirify.global Defence and Space is integrating a Tier 1 aerostructures supplier into its aerospace operations and expanding a unified SAP S/4HANA digital ecosystem.

What you will do

• Lead delivery of the Production Systems Efficiency scope within ERP S/4 projects.
• Define, design, assess, and deploy SAP S/4HANA solutions for manufacturing engineering and shop-floor processes.
• Integrate PSE processes with planning and supply, finance, logistics, and other operational domains.
• Drive business transformation, business acceptance testing, data migration, entry into service, and post-deployment hypercare.
• Coordinate Belfast operations stakeholders, key users, executives, process owners, and information management teams.
• Analyze existing organizations, processes, and IT solutions while aligning implementations with SAP standards and hirify.global strategy.

Requirements

• End-to-end global supply-chain understanding with detailed manufacturing engineering and/or shop-floor knowledge.
• Deep knowledge of SAP supply-chain modules and strong SAP S/4HANA solution and deployment-methodology proficiency.
• Degree-level education in informatics, manufacturing engineering, production, or supply chain plus at least 5 years of relevant aerospace or complex-industry experience; alternatively, HNC-level education plus at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to complete BPSS and Export Control checks, including a criminal record check.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and change-management capabilities.

Nice to have

• Mastery of waterfall project management and experience with SAFe or Agile frameworks.
• Experience in additional operational domains.
