Product Manager - Customer Fulfilment Automation

What you will do

• Lead product strategy and discovery for automated fulfilment technologies across hirify.global’s fulfilment network.
• Define product capabilities, prioritise features and manage a Scrum team backlog.
• Identify opportunities to optimise end-to-end fulfilment, reduce operational costs and improve customer experience.
• Evaluate markets, third-party vendors and potential product solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, support junior colleagues and promote a product-led approach.
• Ensure products meet high standards of resiliency, security, reliability and observability.

Requirements

• Experience building warehouse or logistics solutions such as Warehouse Management Systems or Warehouse Execution Systems for warehouses or retail fulfilment centres.
• Experience integrating warehouse applications with robotics, conveyors, IoT and AI.
• Understanding of APIs and backend systems, including how data is stored, transferred and secured in complex distributed systems.
• Experience defining warehouse workflows such as decant, goods-to-person picking, consolidation and marshalling.
• Hands-on product discovery experience, including service blueprints, user personas, Jobs-to-be-Done, user flows and wireframes.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
