SAP Analyst FICO (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: On-site in Broomfield, Colorado, or Brooklyn Park, Minnesota; remote work may be available up to 2 days per week with approval. Candidates must be a U.S. Person, including a U.S. citizen, permanent resident or green card holder, or person granted asylum or refugee status. Candidates must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless also a U.S. citizen.

Salary: $89,000–$120,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead implementation, support, configuration, and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling capabilities.
• Translate Finance and Accounting requirements into scalable SAP functional designs and configurations.
• Own FI/CO workstreams covering requirements, functional specifications, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Plan and document functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide subject matter expertise, user guidance, and training for Finance, Accounting, and other stakeholders.
• Improve financial controls, process automation, data reliability, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting and configuring SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling solutions.
• Experience with SAP FI capabilities including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and financial close.
• Experience with SAP CO capabilities including cost center accounting, profit center accounting, and profitability analysis.
• Experience with SAP integrations, production support, change management, testing, deployment, and financial controls.
• U.S. Person status is required; candidates must also meet the stated national-security restrictions.

Nice to have

• Active SAP S/4HANA Finance or Management Accounting certification.
• Experience with MM, SD, PP, PS, EAM, Treasury, Security, FP&A reporting, bank management, foreign currency support, or Workday Adaptive reporting.
• MBA or CPA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
