Senior Solution Specialist - D365 (Supply Chain)

Location: London, UK; hybrid with at least 2 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Own the long-term stability, scalability, compliance, and support of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain modules.
• Lead functional design and configuration for Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Purchase Orders, Product Information Management, and Landed Cost.
• Support data migration, solution testing, SIT, UAT, QA handover, and delivery quality.
• Contribute to integrations between Dynamics 365 and internal or external systems.
• Identify process optimisation and automation opportunities using Power Platform and emerging AI capabilities.
• Manage permanent employees and third-party functional resources while providing training and cross-functional knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with proven configuration capability.
• Strong expertise in D365 Supply Chain Management, including Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Purchase Orders, Product Information Management, and Landed Cost.
• Understanding of how supply chain transactions interact with Finance modules.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle and ongoing support or enhancement work.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Expert.

Nice to have

• Ecommerce retail experience and familiarity with order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.
• Experience with Finance and Warehousing modules and financial controls.
• Power Automate, Power Apps, or Copilot Studio experience.
