Senior Finance Analyst (APAC)

Location: Remote from Vietnam or Indonesia; initial focus on Vietnam and Indonesia, with remote-first working options.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end finance operations across APAC, including accounting, invoicing, settlements, reconciliations, banking, and payments.
• Review and optimize local accounting operations, external provider performance, compliance, and month-end closing.
• Manage banking relationships and support entity financing, intercompany funding, transfer pricing, loans, capital increases, and regulatory reporting.
• Support monthly financial reporting, P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Act as a finance point of contact for APAC partners and resolve complex or urgent finance-related issues.
• Improve billing, reconciliation, payment workflows, internal systems, automation, controls, and scalability with Finance, Product, and Tech.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant finance experience with hands-on knowledge of month-end closing, invoicing, payments, settlements, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Experience with local GAAP and IFRS, external accountants, and tax advisors across APAC markets.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and data analysis.
• Familiarity with SQL, PostgreSQL, and AI tools, with an interest in finance automation.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills with partners, banks, and service providers.
• Fluent English and Vietnamese are required.

• Big 4 or audit experience.
• Experience with payment service providers, banking, or payment operations.
• Experience in technology, marketplaces, e-commerce, travel, or other transaction-heavy businesses.
• Exposure to group reporting and European or international headquarters.
