Presales Consultant, Internship (SaaS)

hirify.global is a SaaS product company providing customized communication, training, and performance management apps for frontline workers across retail, hospitality, production, and transportation.

What you will do

• Support client projects involving strategic communication and content strategy.
• Help conceptualize and build customized apps with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, deliverables, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with sales, product, development, support, and Solution Consulting teams.
• Assist with software testing, training material preparation, and client training sessions.
• Handle ad-hoc project needs and contribute to client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Interest or experience in communication, client care, and project management.
• Strong organizational skills, creativity, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• Studies in communication, project management, IT, or a related field, ideally near completion.
• Impeccable Danish and English skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work full-time during the internship.
• Located in or near Copenhagen for on-site work.
