Senior Product Manager, Token Listing (Crypto)

Location: Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR, or Singapore; onsite

What you will do

• Develop and execute token listing and product strategies for regulated markets.
• Build scalable listing frameworks aligned with evolving regulatory requirements.
• Partner with business development, listing operations, and trading product teams to identify assets and manage onboarding.
• Use data and market insights to refine token prioritization, eligibility scoring, and risk controls.
• Work with marketing and growth teams to increase adoption of new listings.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ship asset discovery, screening, listing process, and compliance workflow features.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or business operations.
• Experience in a crypto exchange, fintech, or regulated financial services environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of crypto asset classifications, regulatory frameworks such as SEC guidance and MiCA, and listing requirements in key markets.
• Crypto-native, proactive mindset with strong product intuition and execution skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders and lead without authority.

Nice to have

• Experience with token listing, token due diligence, or digital asset evaluations.
• Understanding of trading, OTC, orderbook liquidity, and the impact of listings on user acquisition and trading behavior.
• Exposure to DeFi, GameFi, or token governance ecosystems.
