Senior Manager, Growth Products & Business Transformation Lead (AI)

Location: Singapore; hybrid work with at least 3 days in the office

What you will do

• Lead the field delivery of advanced AI products and agents across business functions and markets.
• Redesign legacy, manually operated data processes into AI-enabled, platform-native workflows.
• Build business adoption loops that convert field usage and feedback into product, data, and agent improvements.
• Identify new business use cases and commercial opportunities through market and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop revenue-influencing products that combine internal and external data sources.
• Build the transformation, delivery, and adoption function from the ground up.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of analytical experience applying statistical solutions to business problems.
• Postgraduate degree in statistics, mathematics, operations research, computer science, economics, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading the rollout of AI, data, or analytics products into business functions, preferably in payments or financial services.
• Experience working with real-world large-scale datasets and building scalable models.
• Experience modernizing legacy systems, tools, or reporting processes through AI or automation.
• Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
