Solutions Engineer (AI Analytics)

Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland, with three days per week in the office; candidates in the United Kingdom may work remotely or from the London office.

Compensation: OTE €145K–€162K plus equity.

hirify.global provides an AI analytics platform that creates a governed semantic model and trusted context graph for enterprise analytics and AI.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales on technical discovery, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Build and present POCs in hirify.global using prospective customers’ data and environments.
• Help prospects learn to use hirify.global and transition successful trials into customer deployments.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to communicate user feedback and influence product direction.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong SQL skills for analytical use cases.
• Familiarity with modern data stacks, including Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, and dbt.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills and experience working with external customers; consulting experience is preferred.
• Interest in developing a pre-sales career and enthusiasm for working with and teaching others about data.

Nice to have

• Experience with business intelligence or enterprise data analytics tools such as Looker, hirify.global, Tableau, Power BI, Mode, or Sisense.
• Startup experience.
