PreSales Engineer III (AI/Retail): Designing and presenting computer vision and Gen AI solutions for enterprise retail customers with an accent on technical demonstrations, data insights, and customer-specific solution architecture. Focus on leading proof-of-concept design and execution, translating requirements into scalable solutions, and addressing complex technical questions throughout the sales process.
Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Cork, or London

What you will do
- Deliver customized technology demonstrations to technical and business stakeholders.
- Own the technical components of the enterprise sales process and lead presales efforts for strategic accounts.
- Engage with customer CTOs and technical leaders to explain solution capabilities, fit, and business impact.
- Design, execute, and present proof-of-concept projects, translating customer requirements into solution architecture.
- Provide technical presentations, solution designs, demonstrations, and ongoing consultation on complex questions and objections.
- Collaborate with Go-To-Market, Operations, Engineering, Product, and reporting teams to improve best practices and maintain reusable demonstrations, templates, and sales tools.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in technical sales, presales, or solution engineering with enterprise customers and SaaS products, solutions, or services.
- Knowledge of AI, computer vision, advanced data analytics, and their use in retail.
- Experience presenting and demonstrating products, developing enterprise solutions, and working with technical customer stakeholders.
- Ability to understand customer culture, needs, and requirements and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- English is the business language.
- Willingness to travel to meet customers and work with the team.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Technology, or an equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge and experience in the retail market.
