What you will do

• Build an integrated view of Data Science performance across financial, operational, product, delivery, and organisational measures.
• Define OKRs, KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, operating reviews, and follow-up mechanisms with senior leadership.
• Analyse trends, risks, bottlenecks, productivity, resource utilisation, and return on investment.
• Translate analysis into recommendations and support the COO & Chief of Staff with executive briefings and decision-making.
• Lead or support cross-functional strategic initiatives and track interventions through to measurable outcomes.
• Improve the Data Science operating model, governance, decision-making, workforce transparency, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Significant experience in strategy, business operations, transformation, performance management, consulting, or a comparable role.
• Experience working with senior executives in a complex, matrixed organisation.
• Strong analytical capability across financial, operational, and organisational data.
• Demonstrated ability to identify performance improvement opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, structured problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience designing or operating executive-level performance management and governance.

Nice to have

• Experience in data science, technology, digital products, information services, or another knowledge-intensive environment.
• Understanding of data science and effective use of AI tools.
• Strategy or consulting background.
