What you will do

• Lead the team’s daily workflow and priorities across the UK, Ireland, EU and Middle East.
• Manage operational challenges, define corrective actions, and improve processes across regions and teams.
• Partner with warehouse teams to prioritize outbound orders and maintain smooth, timely operations.
• Manage sell-in for product launches and re-promotions, balancing demand, inventory availability, delivery performance, and excess stock risk.
• Oversee fill rate issues, concession retail operations, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop direct reports and champion AI-enabled workflow improvements and operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operations, customer supply chain, or merchandising, ideally in cosmetics or beauty.
• Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels and across multiple regions.
• Strong operational, financial, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team and travel within the markets as needed.
