Supply Chain Manager

Location: Buckingham, United Kingdom; onsite at the Buckingham site. Monday to Friday, core hours 08:30–17:00.

Salary: Up to £70,000 per year, with a 5% standard annual bonus and stretch potential up to 10%.

What you will do

• Define and implement the vision, mission, and strategy for the Buckingham supply chain.
• Lead customer support, shipping, IBP, item control, logistics, transportation, and central warehousing activities.
• Manage daily supply chain operations and collaborate with cross-functional departments and stakeholders.
• Standardize and optimize processes, including material flows, cost reduction, asset utilization, service levels, lead times, working capital, SKU management, and supply chain design.
• Implement and lead the monthly S&OP process, manage supply chain KPIs, and provide cost analysis and improvement recommendations.
• Lead and develop the supply chain team while ensuring compliance, effective communication, and successful SLA management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in economics, supply chain, or an equivalent background gained through experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain.
• Ability to work at and support the Buckingham site in the United Kingdom.
• Experience managing teams, operational performance, continuous improvement, and supply chain stakeholders.
• Ability to work with supply chain KPIs, cost analysis, S&OP, SLAs, and regulatory compliance.
