Human Capital - Product Operations Associate

Location: New York, United States

Annual base salary: $75,000–$90,000, plus variable compensation, overtime, and benefits.

What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to troubleshoot user issues, coordinate system changes, and provide operational support.
• Administer permissions and manage user access across interconnected human capital systems.
• Scope requirements, test, and roll out small-scale product features with guidance from senior team members.
• Support system configuration, roadmap initiatives, and stakeholder discovery.
• Conduct data cleanups and audits to maintain data quality and support scalable system design.
• Build knowledge of proprietary and third-party human capital products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Analytical skills and the ability to think critically about system configurations and troubleshoot user requests.
• Adaptability when working with unfamiliar systems and processes.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to track work to completion.
• Proactive approach and interest in operational and product management work.
• Professional experience, including internships, is preferred but not required.
