What you will do

• Define and execute the manufacturing excellence, quality, supplier excellence, reliability, and product integrity strategy for utility-scale inverter products.
• Establish manufacturing readiness requirements and approve production readiness for new products.
• Oversee process capability, automation, continuous improvement, and manufacturing process optimization.
• Own supplier and contract manufacturer quality performance, including executive supplier reviews and CAPA systems.
• Lead product reliability strategy, qualification reviews, warranty reduction initiatives, and field performance monitoring.
• Manage customer engagements, departmental budgets, executive KPIs, audits, technical reviews, and factory acceptance activities.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• 12+ years of experience in power electronics manufacturing.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers and leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Proficiency in APQP, FMEA, SPC, Lean, Six Sigma, and reliability engineering.

• Knowledge of additional European languages.
