ServiceNow Solution Architect

Location: Singapore; work model prioritizes in-person collaboration.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
• Define secure, scalable platform architectures and own solution design throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct architecture reviews, design workshops, solution validation, and governance activities.
• Advise clients, lead discovery sessions, and present solution roadmaps to business, technical, and executive stakeholders.
• Support RFPs, RFIs, proposals, estimation, costing, statements of work, and business development.
• Drive ServiceNow AI, Now Assist, Generative AI, workflow automation, and intelligent operations initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, architecture, or implementation.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong expertise in CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, SAM, IRM, SPM, App Engine, and Now Assist.
• Experience with technical leadership, architecture governance, implementation guidance, ITIL processes, and service management best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Eligibility to obtain the required security clearance is mandatory. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist certification are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-driven solutions, Generative AI, Now Assist, and AI proof-of-concepts.
• Exposure to application engineering and integration architecture.
• Additional ServiceNow, ITIL, TOGAF, or cloud certifications.
