Solutions Architect (Network & Security)

What you will do

• Design end-to-end managed services solutions across infrastructure, cloud, network, security, and workplace services.
• Translate customer and business requirements into scalable, secure technical architectures and delivery models.
• Partner with sales and account management teams to drive presales activities and outcomes.
• Lead technical presentations, workshops, discovery sessions, and customer engagements.
• Prepare proposals, RFP responses, tenders, and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with delivery, operations, finance, legal, and service partners to ensure commercially viable solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect and at least 5 years working with managed services.
• Experience designing enterprise solutions using major vendor platforms, particularly Cisco switching and data centre solutions, with strong security knowledge.
• Experience delivering complex managed service projects, improving IT managed services, and designing solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Experience with service level agreements, performance frameworks, commercial negotiations, and managed service contract wins.
• Strong communication, analytical, stakeholder engagement, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with managed service delivery managers, operations managers, service desk leads, employees, and external contractors.
