TL;DR
Technical Architect (SaaS): Designing outcome-based integrations, data strategies, and use cases across the customer lifecycle with an accent on secure architectures, SDK/API integrations, and complex technical workstreams. Focus on solving integration obstacles, documenting custom solutions, and applying AI/ML practices to enhance the Braze Platform.

What you will do
- Serve as a technical advisor delivering outcome-based solutions across the customer lifecycle.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, TAMs, Product, and Engineering to understand client requirements and accelerate time-to-value.
- Design secure technical solutions, system architectures, and scopes of work for complex customer needs.
- Guide customers through technical onboarding, SDK and API integrations, and advanced strategic use cases.
- Troubleshoot technical obstacles, document custom integrations, and establish engineering best practices.
- Track emerging AI/ML trends and advocate for practices that enhance platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Experience in a technical role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Architect, TAM, or Implementation Consultant.
- Strong background managing complex SaaS and mobile environments, APIs, and programming.
- Experience designing and explaining complex data and system architectures to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Resourceful problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguous priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
