Professional Services Solutions Architect (AI)

Location: 9 Raffles Place, Suite #17-03 Republic Plaza, Singapore. The role requires travel to customer project locations and may involve alternative shifts or client hours.

What you will do

• Own the architecture, functional solution design, technical development, and quality of assigned customer projects through go-live.
• Resolve technical and product issues, structure deliverables, and ensure alignment with project scope, budgets, and implementation standards.
• Lead design reviews, create solution documentation, present architectural options, and guide clients toward successful sign-off.
• Translate client requirements into available product configurations while identifying product gaps and minimizing custom development.
• Oversee, guide, and mentor consultants and solution architects across concurrent projects.
• Create reusable assets, support business development estimates, and use AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency while following AI governance and data privacy standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of solution development experience, including 3–5 years in a solution architect role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related specialization.
• Experience implementing and designing solutions with hirify.global products or equivalent products from both functional and technical perspectives.
• Knowledge of cloud, databases, networks, integrations, project scope definition, estimation, and technical implementation.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, documentation, client communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to travel to customer project locations and work alternative shifts or client hours when necessary; skills in prompting AI systems and assessing output quality.

• Master’s degree.
• French, German, Dutch, or other additional language skills.
