1st Shift Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: North Jackson, Ohio, United States; onsite, first shift.

What you will do

• Lead first-shift production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Plan schedules, assign personnel and equipment, regulate workflow, and track job completion timelines.
• Manage, coach, train, motivate, and develop production associates, including supporting recruitment and onboarding.
• Resolve shift issues and communicate workflow or employee concerns to operations leadership.
• Improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain equipment, tools, supplies, good manufacturing practices, and cross-functional teamwork.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• One to three years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and resolution skills.
• Ability to organize production information, follow procedures, perform basic arithmetic, and communicate accurately.
• Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Must comply with US export-control requirements, including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC policies; access to restricted ITAR products and technical data is limited to US Citizens and US Permanent Residents.
