Production Supervisor - C Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Fairport, NY, United States; onsite C Shift, 10:30 PM–7:00 AM

Salary: $73,100–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure adherence to production schedules and quality specifications.
• Lead, train, and motivate production workers while maintaining clear communication between production staff and management.
• Monitor quality and safety compliance, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions and safety training.
• Identify efficiency gains, reduce waste, and lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen events.
• Track raw materials and finished goods, coordinate material availability, and maintain production records and reports.
• Resolve production issues, support production cells, and lead training to achieve safety, quality, cost, delivery, and schedule goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with manufacturing software and tools.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Fairport, New York, during the C Shift from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
