Production Supervisor - Third Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Willimantic, Connecticut, United States; onsite, third shift

Salary: $70,000–$104,000 per year

What you will do

• Supervise hourly associates and coordinate activities across major manufacturing functions during the third shift.
• Plan shift work and production using current knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Coordinate personnel, raw materials, equipment availability, training, and production schedules.
• Monitor employee performance, safety practices, equipment use, scrap, waste, and product quality.
• Maintain shift records, address first-step grievances, and communicate operating issues between shifts.
• Support equipment maintenance and continuous production while meeting efficiency and quality targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• At least two years of manufacturing supervision experience.
• Strong manufacturing background and ability to understand and develop product specifications.
• Project management, planning, leadership, administrative, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks, motivate teams, drive continuous improvement, and work in a high-performance manufacturing environment.
