Implementation Analyst (Mandarin Speaking) (Fintech)

Location: Pasay, Manila, Philippines; at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Manage implementations of new and add-on payment products and services for client institutions and processors.
• Coordinate internal resources, client initiatives, processing changes, system enhancements, and business mandates.
• Gather and document requirements, provide guidance on regulations, fees, features, and functionality, and translate business needs into technical language.
• Test and troubleshoot installed-system functionality, document technical issues, and escalate them to product and integration teams.
• Prepare project plans, status reports, issue logs, support documentation, and monthly delivery reports.
• Identify operational efficiencies, improve service quality, and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience with a Bachelor's degree, or an advanced degree.
• Knowledge of banking, financial services, payments, fintech, or technical support operations.
• Project management, stakeholder coordination, troubleshooting, documentation, and consultative communication skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is required.
• Digital fluency, including the ability to use Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.
• Basic understanding of digital payments, web technologies, APIs, and system integrations is helpful.

Nice to have

• Three or more years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or more than two years with an advanced degree.
• Experience identifying operational efficiencies and contributing to process improvements.
• Experience with client systems, business enhancements, product implementations, enterprise initiatives, procedures, and support resources.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
