Translation Senior Project Manager (Language Solutions)

What you will do

• Manage multiple translation, localization, linguistic validation, and eCOA projects from receipt through completion.
• Coordinate project phases, forecast delivery timelines, and ensure work is completed within agreed deadlines.
• Assess client expectations, select vendors, negotiate deadlines, and maintain relationships with contract linguists and proofreaders.
• Monitor project status, budgets, finances, documentation, and compliance with hirify.global procedures.
• Perform quality checks throughout each project to maintain delivery effectiveness and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in linguistics, translation, localization, or a related field.
• Experience with clinical or pharmaceutical translation and localization projects, particularly linguistic validation and eCOA.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to deliver results against quality and timeline metrics, work under limited direction, and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
