Local Number Portability Manager (Telecommunications)

Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid with 2 days in-office per week. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 AM–9:00 AM Philippines time.

What you will do

• Lead the Local Number Portability team and maintain the quality of LNP processes.
• Coordinate resources, performance management, training, and coaching to meet KPIs and SLA requirements.
• Act as the subject matter expert and escalation point for LNP rules, regulations, provisioning, and porting issues.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve customer experience, revenue performance, and product delivery efficiency.
• Develop standardized best practices and optimize workflows to improve technical and operational performance.
• Hire, retain, and develop talent while ensuring agents are trained on new products and services.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in IT, telecommunications, unified communications, or contact centre services.
• At least 2 years of managerial or leadership experience.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, problem-solving, and collaboration.
• Strong understanding of technical process workflows and their effect on the customer journey.
• Familiarity with basic telecommunications terminology and infrastructure.
• Excellent written and spoken English; hybrid availability in Manila with two in-office days per week and the specified Philippines-time schedule required.
