Head of Finance Transformation and Systems - Planning & Reporting (f/m)

Location: Marignane, France, in the Marseille area; the role leads a team based in Marignane and Donauworth.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of finance process and system experts supporting reporting and planning operations.
• Define the team charter, governance model, and collaboration frameworks within the Finance Transformation organization.
• Partner with Controlling leadership to create transformation roadmaps and maximize synergies across the Airbus Group.
• Develop a Finance Data & Analytics strategy, including data accessibility for non-finance organizations.
• Lead strategic initiatives, new ERP reporting workstreams, and continuous improvement projects.
• Drive digital adoption, process optimization, change management, and employee upskilling using technologies such as RPA and AI.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in finance transformation and systems, including complex projects in an international industrial environment.
• Expertise in end-to-end financial reporting and planning processes and ERP ecosystems such as SAP.
• Experience building, leading, and coaching diverse, distributed, high-performing teams.
• Strategic experience with transformation roadmaps, change management, and digital upskilling.
• Strong business partnering, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Proficiency in English is required.
