Manufacturing Engineer

What you will do

• Create part and assembly drawings, bills of materials, and manufacturing documentation from CAD models.
• Design and modify manufacturing processes and equipment for fabrication, assembly, and installation.
• Support sourcing, purchasing, and material selection according to design requirements.
• Provide engineering guidance for production operations and process improvement initiatives.
• Design testing methods and validate product and system capabilities.
• Analyze production and quality data, support technical reviews, and improve efficiency, waste reduction, and product quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
• At least five years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong CAD modeling, technical drawing, and machine design skills; SolidWorks experience is preferred.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and hands-on experience with automated manufacturing equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including process design and manufacturing troubleshooting.
• Commitment to quality, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience with CAM software.
