Junior Data Scientist (Generative AI): Developing data products, analytical models, and AI applications using machine learning, LLMs, and agentic AI with an accent on data mining, predictive modeling, and Azure-based deployment. Focus on fine-tuning language models, building autonomous agent systems, and integrating analytical solutions into production with engineering and IT teams.

What you will do
- Collaborate with product design, engineering, software development, and IT teams to define data and AI product needs.
- Identify, collect, integrate, clean, and validate structured and unstructured datasets for business and client use cases.
- Design and apply statistical models, machine learning algorithms, predictive models, and analytical experiments.
- Implement analytical and machine learning models, including LLM and agentic AI solutions, in production.
- Use Azure Cognitive Technologies, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure Bot Services to build and deploy AI applications.
- Develop, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs and agentic AI systems for automation, knowledge extraction, and conversational AI.
Requirements
- Five or more years of experience in data science or equivalent proven experience.
- Advanced knowledge of pattern recognition, predictive modeling, generative AI, LLMs, and transformers.
- Hands-on experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or OpenAI APIs, plus familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as AutoGPT, BabyAGI, or CrewAI.
- Knowledge of Python, R, SQL, machine learning, deep learning, data mining, operations research, and strong mathematics.
- Experience with business intelligence and data technologies including Power BI, Azure, AWS, Hadoop, or RDBMS.
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and project-management skills.
Nice to have
- Graduate degree in Data Science or another quantitative discipline.
- Familiarity with Scala and Java.
- Professional certification.
